I suspect it'd beat any party political broadcast.

And as for these comments that broadcasters wouldn't touch the idea with a barge poll, didn't we have a very improvised edition of 'Leaders Questions Time' some years ago? Surely it wouldn't take too much to rejig one edition of Question Time.Politics Mashhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09123682014871249164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3881762807913180318.post-9748745285000726372009-07-30T22:12:37.657+01:002009-07-30T22:12:37.657+01:00Great idea!

The broadcaster will have fulfilled their obligation to strive for balance, it is the leader who declines that is making the decision for it to happen without them.

Even if Brown doesn't want to engage in this way I would still like to see Cameron and Clegg questioned and held to account for their views.Mark Thompsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00744387583593537268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3881762807913180318.post-61142003694295924512009-07-30T22:04:33.942+01:002009-07-30T22:04:33.942+01:00It is too political for a broadcaster to get invol...It is too political for a broadcaster to get involved with.
